Still working on the ol' presentation.
Unfortunately, I think the keyed entry code on my lab has been changed by someone in my lab, so I can't get in there until they arrive. Actually, for about the first week or two, I didn't know the code, so I would wander around with nothing to do until they arrived at around nine. Instead this time, I'm going to pass the time by writing in this blog or doing other "activities."
Getting the presentation down to about nine slides is going to be hard. I've learned so much, but I don't know how to summarize it so quickly. It seems that I should be able to move through everything quickly because everyone here is technical and will understand pretty well, but then most of the people know nothing about my topic.
Anyways, I might go read books for AP Lit now.

Does anyone know a good place for a nap at LLE? I really shouldn't stay up past twelve if I'm going to come in to work at seven.

What is in a name?

There are many people with cruel parents, such as an acquiantance of mine's grandparents.

I would say: Never forsake your family name, no matter the situation.
It is unfortunate, but they must stand by their name.

However, their daughter is much less fortunate.

Her evil, evil parents should be drawn and quartered for this cruelty.

Discworld MUD

Discworld is a multi-user dungeon based on the books by Terry Pratchett. Right now I am a level seven Mano Rossa Assassin. Yesterday, I was going about my business in Discworld, killing pigeons, cats, dogs, and cockroaches to gain experience. Then I considered a group of NPCs and noted that one, a fat child was weaker than me. I then preceded to stab and kill the fat child with my stilettos. After he died, and I buried him in the ground I was attacked by a watchman who I didn't notice when I considered all. I was no match for him, so I fled. Then he caught and handcuffed me and took me to jail. I used the command godmother help to get myself out. Then I went about my business, realizing that they had confiscated my stilettos when I tried to punch a cat (haha). Well, I found two short swords on the ground and started killing small animals again (sorry for all of you animal lovers out there, that is just how you play the game.), when another watchman caught me and took me to jail. This time I was going to see what happened. They said I was arrested for escaping from jail, trying to evade the police twice, resisting arrest, and the murder of something. My sentence was forty minutes of jail time, which is only about ten minutes of realtime (What? No capital punishment?). At the end I got all of my stuff back too: Two stilettos, two daggers, two short swords, everything. All in all it was a fairly exciting weekend for Yrael the Wannabe Hitman of the Mano Rossa. Also, just wanted to thank Juraj for getting me into a game that makes it look like I'm doing work.

iRiver

Anyways, Roy got his new iRiver Clix 2 (4GB) and is clicking away happlily on facebook.com. 9:00AM. Just thought a nice little post like that would get me started since there is not much to post about at 250 East River Road.

Title of the Blog

I would just like to say that the title of this blog is totally irrelevant. It is only named as such because I thought the name of the movie was hilarious. Sorry for all of you Mr. Magorium (Dustin Hoffman) fans who thought they were going to get a wonderful personal blog written by Mr. Magorium himself. Sorry again.

Blog Bris
